Suing a spammer in the English Courts

The intention is to provide a 'do-it-yourslef' kit, including sample documents in Microsoft Word that will allow you to sue the senders of unsolicited email in the English Courts in the Small Claims Track of the County Court, without a lawyer, without exposure to large costs.
